Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage, Apple and Veggies

Recipe Key

I love a good sheet pan dinner. I’ve made a version of this chicken sausage and veggies meal for a long time, but I added some new spices and diced apple and it really took it to the next level. Of course, this is also one our favorite Trader Joe’s meal hack recipes and it really doesn’t get any better. The garlic herb chicken sausage at TJ’s is made with clean ingredients, no additives - not even sugar! You can choose another flavor of their chicken sausage too if you prefer a different taste profile, anything goes with this and its nearly impossible to mess up.

Same goes with the veggies. For the sake of ease, I used a bag of broccoli florets and a bell pepper because they were just quicker to chop into smaller pieces and speed up my cooking process. I cut them into about 1/2 inch size pieces using my Amazon Fullstar chopper which I highly recommend, it’s a game changer in my kitchen. Cuts your chopping time in half! Pun intended. Anyway, this meal cooked in 18 minutes for me, if you dice your veggies larger it will likely take up to 25 minutes. This is a goodie friends, hope you enjoy!
