Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 16 oz bag honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 16 oz bag roasted peanuts
  • 16 oz dark chocolate (bar or chips)
  • 2 16 oz packages vanilla candy coating (or almond bark)
  • 1 12oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to crockpot, breaking the chocolate and candy coating into pieces.
  2. Cook on low until melted (about 1-2 hours) stirring occasionally.
  3. Scoop 1-2 tablespoon full clusters on parchment paper and allow to set in the fridge. Sprinkle with a little sea salt before they set, so yum!
  4. Best stored in fridge in an airtight container for up to a month. Can freeze for several months too. These are okay to keep at room temp, tend to get a little soft and melty if it’s warm.

Notes

This recipe has endless options, you can add anything you want! Try with macadamia nuts, almonds, pecans etc. Or use chocolate candy coating for a richer flavor. I keep some in my freezer so they’re ready to go if friends come over; they defrost quickly at room temperature.
