Ingredients
- 1 16 oz jar crunchy peanut butter
- 1 16 oz bag honey roasted peanuts
- 1 16 oz bag roasted peanuts
- 16 oz dark chocolate (bar or chips)
- 2 16 oz packages vanilla candy coating (or almond bark)
- 1 12oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Add all ingredients to crockpot, breaking the chocolate and candy coating into pieces.
- Cook on low until melted (about 1-2 hours) stirring occasionally.
- Scoop 1-2 tablespoon full clusters on parchment paper and allow to set in the fridge. Sprinkle with a little sea salt before they set, so yum!
- Best stored in fridge in an airtight container for up to a month. Can freeze for several months too. These are okay to keep at room temp, tend to get a little soft and melty if it’s warm.
